Include your full name, unit number, and detailed information regarding any concerns for management. A representative will respond within 24-48 business hours. If this is an emergency, please contact your leasing office immediately and the on-call manager or maintenance staff will be notified. Remember, standard maintenance requests need to be submitted through your Resident Portal.

Maintenance

We perform pre-move-in inspections, Test HVAC, check all plumbing and appliances, and cleaning

Yes, we have on-site 24-hour emergency maintenance.

When you move in, you have 48 hours to submit a move in inventory and condition form with any items that we may have missed. After that, you can submit a work order request through the online portal.

We complete service requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, if it is considered an emergency, we will complete emergency requests first.

You do not have to be present, we can enter and will leave a note informing you that the service request has been completed

If you are locked out due to malfunction, you can call our 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Any modifications made to your apartment home need to be approved by management. EX: Accent wall color and/or any structural modifications. (ADA)

We do accept walk-ins, and appointments are also welcomed.

No utilities are included in the rent

You can use any cable and internet provider that services our community, but we partner with COX, which offer very good rates.

Guest are not allowed to stay for more than 2 consecutive days.

There is a $3000 early termination fee. Any Specials given will have to be paid back. (exceptions apply)
